We support entities by providing opinions on R&D activities in the context of intellectual property law, as well as tax law. We represent clients in the process of obtaining public funds before competent authorities.

- Preparation of projects to obtain public funding, preparation of applications for funding
- Accounting for R&D companies and grant projects
- Preparing legal opinions in the area of state aid, among others principles of admissibility and cumulation of public aid
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating consortia agreements and cooperation in R&D works
