Area of activity:
- Preparing and negotiating license and implementation agreements
- Preparation of contracts and regulations regarding the use of software in the SaaS model, preparation of SLA contracts
- Preparation of draft contracts for the distribution of computer software and international partner contracts for the provision of software,
- Audit and development of strategies for using open source software, including verification of manufacturers’ conditions for “infecting” their own product with open source conditions and testing the compatibility of licenses used.
