If an external ASI manager, registered in the ASI managers’ register, intends to begin managing a new ASI, cease managing an existing ASI, or take over management of another ASI, this change must be reported to KNF. If the registered office of an ASI or of an external ASI manager (registered in the official register) changes, this must be reported to KNF without delay.
