His legal practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance of business activities (particularly in capital markets law, pharmaceutical law, medical research regulations, and personal data protection). He provides ongoing legal and corporate advisory services to investment funds, including venture capital and private equity, business angels, alternative investment companies, and commercial law entities, including foreign companies operating in IT and life sciences.
